Thanks for choosing Seek the Sun! We’re committed to making sure your products gets to you smoothly and on time. Here’s what to expect when it comes to processing and shipping your order:
Order Processing & Shipping Timeline
Orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days. Once your order is processed, it should arrive within 5-7 business days. These timeframes are estimates. We’ll always do our best to get your order out quickly, but delays can happen (see below for more on that).
Shipping Rates & Options
Free Standard Shipping: Orders over $99 (before tax and after discounts) shipping to the contiguous U.S. (lower 48) qualify for free standard shipping.
Orders Under $99: Standard shipping rates apply and will be calculated at checkout.

Where We Ship
U.S. Domestic Shipping: We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
We don’t currently ship to U.S. Territories or countries outside the U.S., but stay tuned!
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we’ll send you a confirmation email with tracking info. You can follow your package using the carrier’s tracking page.
Possible Shipping Delays
Sometimes life throws a wrench into even the best plans. Your order might take longer due to high order volume (especially around holidays or product launches), weather issues, or carrier delays. If anything major comes up, we’ll do our best to keep you in the loop.
Check Your Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you catch an error after placing the order, contact us right away so we can try to fix it before it ships. Unfortunately, we can’t be responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Damaged in Transit? Snap a few photos and contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
Lost Package? If it’s been a while and you haven’t seen movement on your tracking info, reach out. We’ll help track it down with the carrier.
