At Seek the Sun, we stand behind what we create. If something’s off with your order, we want to make it right. Here’s how we handle returns, refunds, and exchanges:
Supplements (Seek Daily)
We want you to love how you feel. If you’re not satisfied with your supplement purchase, get in touch—we’ll do our best to make it right.
• Flexible (Month-to-Month) Subscriptions:
Cancel anytime. Refunds are not available after a payment has been processed, but your cancellation will apply to the next billing cycle.
Clothing & Retail Products
We accept returns and exchanges on clothing and other retail products within 15 days of delivery, as long as the item is:
• Unworn and unwashed
• In original condition with tags attached
• Returned with proof of purchase
If it meets those requirements, we’re happy to offer a refund, store credit, or exchange—your choice.
How to Start a Return or Exchange:
Email us at bethelight@seekthesun.com or fill out the contact form on our website with your order number and what you’d like to return or exchange. We’ll walk you through the next steps.
What’s Not Covered:
• Items returned after 15 days
• Items that are worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
• Clearance or final sale items (we’ll note this on the product page)
• Return shipping costs (unless the item was damaged or incorrect)
Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or something’s not right, please reach out within 7 days of delivery with a few photos and a description. We’ll assess and, if it’s our mistake, we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
